A few months ago I started Bad Kitty Bakery and it crashed and burned a little. Ok, a lot. It turns out that trying to do nothing but make desserts around a bunch of people on diets is tricky, and finding tasters was hard. So I tasted and I gained a little weight and started teaching classes and you name it. I started wondering if I even wanted a bakery. After all, I was now making kick a$$ 'regular' vegan food, too.
So then it struck me to relaunch and create the Bad Kitty Bakery and Cafe! Now I will not only make wonderful vegan desserts and give you all the recipes for those, but I will give you the recipes for my vegan comfort food. Biscuis and Gravy anyone? My baking is mostly all gluten free, but there will be some gluten in my cooking. If you are celiac just keep an eye out.
